Please can you pass on my deepest thanks to your staff in Windhoek who made dropping off the vehicle at very short notice at the Airport early in the morning of the 26th March. Also I would like to apologise for how untidy it was, I just didn’t have time to clean up.

Please pass my message on to the owners how much I appreciated the help I got on the emergency numbers at all hours of the day. I cannot praise your company’s attitude towards its customers enough in these very testing times.

Now some good news. Could you prepare for me a quotation for the same vehicle with same extras and insurance for 16 days hire beginning on the 5th September 2020. I intend to explore Botswana. Obviously we don’t know what the situation will be like then, hopefully much better. As before dates may change but I just need a ball park figure.
